Subscription and Credit Pack Refunds

We offer full refunds for Subscription plan and Pay As You Go (Credit Pack) purchases under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase

  • Usage must be limited to 30 credits or fewer

  • Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Subscription Renewal Refunds

We understand that users may sometimes forget to cancel their subscription before automatic renewal. For such cases, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:

  • The subscription was automatically renewed

  • No credits were used during the renewed billing period

  • Refund request must be made within 3 days of the automatic renewal

  • Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

  • The subscription will be immediately cancelled upon refund processing

Subscription Plan Changes

If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:

  • We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan

  • One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription time that has already passed

  • Processing fees

  • Initial subscriptions or credit pack purchases beyond the 3-day window

  • Initial subscriptions or credit pack purchases with more than 30 credits used

  • Subscription renewals where credits were used during the billing period

  • Subscription renewal refund requests made beyond 3 days of renewal

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
